Just popped in for a few skele caps before work and the skeles have been removed. Popups in chamber also are no more, so looks like these were just for the event (for now anyway!!).

My guess? Final quest that is permanent OR Dhuum just gets added in, no quest. Dhuum's skills own UWSC SF teams. Problems not totally fixed but...it'll due.

Decorations and NPCs are still there, what's up with that? I'm waiting for the first UWSC team to report in. Maybe something unusual happens in UW at the end...?

Well I just loged into GW and the quest giver is still there I took the 4th quest and went UW
But the Skells are gone.
That's stupid if he is still ofering the quest but no way of completing it.

Somewhat annoying though, if you take quest now - and waste 1K or use a scroll to get into the UW...

Yeah like i did and no warning either oh well only wasted a scroll to test it but how many will take the quest and find that out.

Well with the Skeletons removed it seems more likely that there is a final quest still upcoming. Otherwise why are these quests exclusive to this year only? Regina said it would be apparant when we do the quests but as of yet its something that could be done each year

Skele's are gone, but I hear there have been some other changes to the UW (monster spawns). So is UWSC nerfed or not? I don't UWSC myself, but as far as I can tell - it's alive and kicking... for now at least.

although, I suppose it is possible they are only removed long enough to let people get rewards for collected skeletons while not allowing them to collect more and will be put back when the steward is removed (hmmmm, maybe I better get me some ectos while the farming is still easy as there were three skeletons on the plains I don't think I'll be able to work around.)

I very much doubt anything is bugged. Most likely the quests leading up to the Dhuum fight were one time only the Halloween exclusives. I bet the rest will just be permanently added to the Underworld. Kinda like those limited time quests they had leading up to Factions.

Based on all the build-up for these 4 quests, and hints dropped by Regina, I'm inclined to believe either something went wrong with implementing the final quest along the way, or, as was suggested earlier, some new permanent UW quest is going to be implemented. There was no "apparent reason" why the quests won't be available next year, nor was there a resolution to the quest line at all. I'm happy for the quests being implemented at all, but right now this is like dangling a bag of cookies in front of somebody and only giving them one.

So the quest line stated to the fact that soon he will be strong enough to be released. Well we have other holidays coming so maybe it will overlap into the next event ?

Well like everyone here just waiting for an explanation... though the last quest reward dialog might be vague it does hold a small bit of truth....
"Well done! On behalf of my liege, I thank you. Every small victory like this forestalls Dhuum's arrival. The Mad King's offer remains open: capture more minions and claim the bounty yet again."
It forestalls dhumm comming out of the hall of judgement... so it could just be a loose end sorta like how we all felt after proph ended the first time years ago.
Lets just hope it gets resolved in this weeks update or get an answer if there was going to be a 5th quest.
