Which Zaishen Quests do you always do?

These days, the first thing I do when I log in is check out the daily Zquests. I know I'll either be doing the mission or bounty on all of my characters or ignoring it entirely.

What I look for in a Zquest:

Can be done in less than 10 minutes in Hard Mode with just H/H.
Has high z-coin rewards.
Can be done easily if you know how regardless of class.
Rewards faction/reputation to advance titles that improve skills I use.

Based on this criteria, my favorites include:

ZMissions

Grand Court of Sebelkeh - 500 lightbringer points, 150 Zcoins in 4 minutes. Set up Talkora as rayway smiter and other heroes as Discord Minion Masters.

G.O.L.E.M - 2,500 Asura points, 140 Zcoins in 10 minutes. Bring spirit spammer. The Kiln's are far enough apart that summoning spirits on one Golem Kiln won't remove the same spirit on the other one.

Against the Charr - 1,500 Vanguard points, 105 Zcoins in 6 minutes. Skip all optional steps and go south first and then straight for stronghold.

A Time for Heroes - 2,500 Dwarf points, 140 Z-coins in 4 minutes. I bring all monk heroes and use Pain Inverter, Alkar's Acid, and Finish him. Knockdown prevention or careful timing helps so your P.I. doesn't get interrupted.

Tihark Orchard - 300 Sunspear points, 80 Zcoins in 4 minutes. Once you know the mime emotes, this one is really fast.

Curse of the Nornbear - 1,500 Norn points, 105 coins in 7 minutes. You don't need the wolf "form" skill to complete the mission. Just run to the three Norn Bear summon spots.

ZBounties

Molotov Rocktail - 1,250 Vanguard, 105 Zcoins in 5 minutes. PI says hi.

Fenrir - 500 Norn points, 70 coins in 5 minutes. Skip all fights except his group.

Mungri Magicbox & Arbor Earth Call - Both give 500 Kurzick faction and 70 coins. Bring enchant strip for Mungri and PI for Arbor. I don't do the Luxon ones since I'm not working on that title.

Pywatt the Swift - 500 Asura points and 70 coins in 5 minutes.

There are a few others I always do. Which ones do you always do and why?

GWEN quests are the only must. That includes bounties, missions and dungeons. Those 1k+ extra reputation points rewards are just too good to pass up on!


Everything else I pretty much only pick up if I or someone else needs it.

The two things I use to decide whether I take a Z-mission/quest:

1. Is there a reward that will help to advance a title?

2. Is it fast and easy?

If the answer is "Yes" to either of those, then I'll take it on. (The fast & easy ones I'll do on multiple characters.)

I have given up on the ZQuests, because I got bored after 2-3 times doing the same missions. It resembles farming too much, but without any nice reward after you've acquired the biggest backpack.

and if theres an easy zbounty that gives vanguard i'll do that.

slavers bosses and when get 3 bounties there do all in 1 run, same goes for UW/FoW and DoA

Same here. Stopped after I got the heavy equippment pack. Now I only do a mission or a bounty once every 1-2 weeks...if I have nothing else to do.

Chahbek Village is ridiculously easy to do. 10 minutes tops, and multiple characters can do it since getting there just requires access to Kamadan.

I'll take any bounty that's not in an elite area/easy to h/h.

Abaddon's gate.

4 minutes for 150 coins and some LBs.

Also collect slaver's bosses like i am not ok, but otherwise, don't do em.

Chahbek, Minister Chos, Tihark, Augury Rock, Norn Bear

GvG (<3 this one. 9k balth nom nom nom), JQ

Fenrir, Frostmaw, Slavers bosses.

Just depends on what I feel like doing.

I've stopped doing them. I can't even be bothered to map to temple to check what they are. Maybe if they put the quest npcs in guild hall I might be arsed to look at what they're offering.

For missions:
Tihark Orchard, Minister Cho's

For bounties:
If the boss is right by an outpost, I may do it. And 2 bosses I always do is Nulfatsu and Myish, usually wait until I have both then do both at same time.

None, because redoing old content for an extra reward is stupid.

I always pick up bounties in dungeons for all of my characters, nothing else. My guild does HM dungeons on a daily basis, might as well get a little extra for it.

i do all the easy boss/mission ones and ones that can be runned for cheap. otherwise i say pfft to them and do other stuff. but i used to do them all on all girls for heavy packs. Now i dont do it so much. same content is old boring content.

All the DoA ones, bounties of SC bosses I do, vengeful aatxe/charged blackness, any of the speedbook missions/bounties, & AB/RA when they come up on my charas I PvP with

augary rock becuase the dopple ganger is so easy to kill

I'll usually pick up missions/bounties that I know are easy and I can complete quickly.

As to whether or not I actually do them is another matter entirely :P

I have a few characters working on titles so I get the asuran bosses, the norn bosses and some of the dungeon bosses. I am also working on kurzick faction so I have been doing those bosses too---as well as filling up a few hm books from factions (so all the missions too).
Otherwise I do the easy/quick ones for a few plat and coins---just unlocked a black widow for my last pet with them.
If I have a character that is working on one of the zmissions coming up then I will get it and do it, otherwise I dont go out of my way to rerererererererererereredo them....especially the prophecies long, borrrrrrring ones.........ZZZZzzzz....
