Along with new gvg stuff.
I hope this means maybe another new area, maybe introduce faction stuff to extend the Krytan storyline...
But I'm not holding my breath. If it is costumes, I will get them anyway, but I would really like to see something more added.
On the other hand, I doubt that A.net would go to all this trouble with the viral campaign unless there was something serious added.

Saul D'Alessio makes his return to Kryta, however, he is no longer human! The Mursaat have transformed him into a supreme being, or a "Super Mursaat" if you want to call him that. His powers come from those that worship him, and the more that worship him the more powerful he becomes. His sole purpose is to force all the unbelievers to worship him, the Mantle, and the Mursaat and to kill those that refuse. Our goal (the players goal that is) is to stop Saul, the Mantle, and the Mursaat from fulfilling their goals in forcing us to worship false gods at all costs.
Of course that's just my theory/take on all this. The actual probability of this happening, most likely 0% chance.

Whatever is to happen, its obviously meant to foreshadow lore in GW2 and more directly, generate PR for GW2. My guess is something along the lines of a new boss and the White Mantle/Shining Blade costumes.
However, I feel compelled to say it again...If you simply released the gameplay mechanics "early next year (2010)," that in itself would get a good amount of PR. So yeah, when can we expect that since obviously it won't be early this year as Martin all but promised? I remember quoting him that we can throw squishy fruit at him or get out the pitchforks for not living up to that too.

Saul won't be comming back, that much I know. And I'm pretty sure its relatively set in stone that the Mursaat themselves won't be back until GW2 since there's really only one left who split his essence. The boss or event will be exclusively White Mantle/Shining Blade. Still, I kinda figured the Menzies addition to FoW would come before anything like this.

I honestly don't think this has anything to do with GW2, because the White Mantle get wtfpwned, and the Mursaat don't make another appearance until 250 years from now.
