Hardcore Lag

Anyone else getting it?

Like I've never seen before.

Jumped on to check out the new quest and lag was so bad I couldn't walk so I'll try GWs some other time I guess.

Do you mean on the forums or in GW?

GW: not really, still a bit laggy but not much and not often, today that is. Normally, no lagg at all with a ping ranging in the 100-250ms

I'm in Canada, near Montreal to be precise...

Been getting it for more than a week now. Every minute and a half I'll freeze up for anywhere between 2 seconds and 1 minute. It gets extremely annoying and has made the last two WiK bounties impossible for me to do in HM. I'm really starting to get annoyed by this.

yeah, I had lag for more than a month now. My ISP provider cant do shit, GW support didn't do shit either. EVERYTHING ELSE including other mmo's works fine BUT guild wars.

I am pretty pissed at both my ISP and GW. Can't switch ISP because of my area though, and if I even think about those 'anywhere' internet plans, costs way too much.

Im glad I got my 24 titles before this happened.

I meant on GW if anyone was wondering. In the last 4+ years of GW I've hardly ever gotten lag. The lag has stopped for me now, but I was lagging hard for about 20 minutes straight.

I been allover the place in kamadan dist 1 when I go there over the past few days. I stand still and can't move, one guy I was trying to trade with said I was running in crazy circles when for me I couldn't move.

Also had some d/c's as have alliance members that wouldn't let me connect to game

Lagg gone as well

On GW yes, it was pretty bad for a while. Seems ok now though. Lots of people in the guild dcing.

I had unusual lag this afternoon too. Don't normally have issues with lag. I was out in Southern Shiverpeaks

My ping has been above 500 consistently for the last week or so, it's probably because I'm on holiday in Asia though.

my ping is always 400-600ish. Oh, is that considered bad? No wonder I'm always the only one complaining about lag.

My entire life has been lag free, cept' for the guru forums thats a different story

Doing WiK stuff, lag is horrendous.

Edit: While typing that I 007'ed out of LA.

Followed a few minutes later by a full on GW crash.

I was VQing Drazach with guildies and most of the people in the group (and myself) seemed to experience lag and rubberbanding at the same time

been suffering from 2-17k average ping for 2 evenings now(lagging starts 3pm GMT)...impossible to play, moving character doubles the ping....but maybe it's partly my internet provider's fault(portable internet)...but well, from 6am to 3pm it's running smooth....
