For me, I'd say I like Yak's bend. It's the first outpost out of Ascalon, which I dislike, and it looks nice to boot. Nice colors, snow and trees. Also, it means: difficulty and fun go up

Hands down my favorite is Cavalon. The place has a great calming effect with the jade sea tune and all the slow moving turtles. I could stare at those turtles for hours, their awesome.

Granite Citadel (for the snow and awesome music - Over the Shiverpeaks is my favourite Guild Wars song)
Amnoon Oasis (Crystal Oasis is another great song)
