Pleikki was referring to the inscribable Platinum wands as being primary-only (and Dom for mesmers). The Canthan ones are universal, but non-insc.

hum how about a 20/20 fire zodiac wand r9, also maby a tormented shield with +10vs demons and other good stuff, a dual vamp weapon in pre and some sup runes for faster death leveling and finally some tomes in pre.
