Have you forgot? Don't remember when for example all the req8 Chaos Axes +5Energy dropped?
During those exactly 2 very short periods also HoH chest could drop +5Energy and it was yet before the req8->9 nerf. It was a couple hours between 2 updates just before Factions release and then ~26 hours between 2 big udates just before Nightfall release. Hard to believe I remember it all so well.
Ofcourse the chance that during such short periods there was actually an Crystalline / Dwarven req8 +5E drop is extremelly small. Just compare to the total number of req9-13 inherent +5E Crys/Dwarvens that have dropped in the ~3months period after that time.
