-Added a pink-dye vendor to Lion's Arch.

And as i can notice there is no Lions Arch Keep Guard.

Also no pink-dye vendor. (not before 11:00 AM PST on Saturday)

Incidentally you can't go visit Salma in Lion's Keep anymore, the NPC is gone. Haven't seen the dye trader NPC either.
