New Hero Wishlist

Since the new 7 hero update is hopefully coming soon and with the holidays being right right around the corner as well, i cant think of a better way to help Anet decide what new heros to give us then a WISHLIST

the otherday me and a friend were discussing what new heros anet should add with the 7 hero update because frankly the heros we have are pretty weak. (appearances)

i think it would be cool to see more diverse heros like Pyre and Vexx and M.O.X

we started naming off a few ideas and actually came up with some pretty kool ones. off the top i can remember Lich, rurik , mhelno, devona (those just bcuz they are gw staple and Fn awesome also a Djiin hero, maybe a male norn ranger, baahh we had a nice list unfortunalety i dont remeber too many of em so i want to know what u guys think??????



also this is not a QQ thread about how lame i think our heros are, cuz i like em. i just think we should use the opportunity to discuss how they could be better. (appearances)..

I think 1) this should be in sardy

2) I really love the idea of better apperances...maybe a female necro that dosen't look like a slut? But...I mean... I would rather they work on skill updates and GW:B then something like this...if they have a spare couple people not busy maybe let them take a look at it. But otherwise I'd rather other things be priority.

Mysterious Assassin (disguise)

The new hero will be an Assassin.



You may cry now (although she looks kinda nice).

But if you're really optimistic, you may believe that it could be a Ritualist (since Ritualists are a profession exclusive to cantha) or a Mesmer (since that's the only core profession who doesn't have 3 heroes).

But it will be an Assassin.

i dont think it would be hard or would take much manpower to turn a few Npc's, Henchmen, and beasts that theyve already created into a playable hero format. and then maybe throw in a new one. and as for skill updates, they will always come but its never gonna make EVERYONE happy so there will always be QQ about nerfing or buffing class /skill instead of ppl just playing the game and stop worying about how other ppl play

They won't make everyone happy. Dosen't mean they shouldn't be done.

true she is cute for a pixal but i hope to god she isnt the new hero. sorry but we have enough sins. >> i never use my sin heros except to lvl them. i am hoping for a rt or para anything except sin. xD

I was really hoping for a Rit, since it's only got 2 heroes and it's factions as well... If Anet are going to take the effort of giving us a new hero, then why give us the worst class for a hero to use?

I'd argue, but it makes too much sense for this NOT to be the case.

They said the new hero will be something we won't suspect.... so I don't think it will be a "normal" hero like any other we already have.

well, it's not new heroes I'd like, its the ability to change their runes and insignias automatically and save those with their builds

I would like to play my other characters as heroes. With the ability to create a full team of your characters they would probably sell a lot more character slots too.

I'm going to be so mad if it is a sin. I don't use the sins I have let alone another one. Personally with all the "linking" to GW2 being talked about and the "it's not what you expect" talk from Anet, I think we may see our first Sylvari hero or something along that line.

But yeah with the Cantha Crisis coming up and this random sin showing up for Costume brawl all signs point to another epic fail

No more sins! I have yet to use Zenmai because I don't have a sin character!

They really should enable that PVP equipment menu for heroes in PVE...

hope all you want, but chronologically speaking, there is no way that will get a sylvari hero

the rune economy would immediately go down. hi @ every rune for 100 gold.

i've spent about 500k for hero equipment. i'm pretty sure other players too.

A djinn elementalist that changes color depending on what rune you put on their headpiece.

An enchanted weapon that takes on the class and appearance of whatever weapon you have it equip.

A ghost ritualist.

An undead necromancer.
