Why does a Legendary Defender gain that title by dying for Ascalon literally thousands of times...mostly unarmored and not fighting back?

Had I been ArenaNet.. I would have chuckled at the first discovery of Death Leveling.. then put a level 30 Jesus Beam Ele NPC and a supermonk NPC at the pre rez shrines.. not made a title for it.

Why is the highest rank of Ebon vanguard, indicating a legend of the resistance, who has killed thousands of charr, called "Secrat agent"?

P.S. regarding Shiro wanting to regain mortality... maybe he just wanted a nice juicy apple? (ref. cpt. Barbossa). Also, he did not seem to have lost any of his powers upon reincarnation.

Splinter weapon not causing bleeding.
Why do I get affected by poison but the whitle mantle and their "friend" seem to have no problems with it.

Why create a skill that almost makes you untouchable in the game?

You can poison them, they just don't get poisoned by swampwater. Probably for the same reason mexicans don't have issues with dysentery.

Why don't Monsters, NPCs, and such move or act BEFORE I get to them. I can see them in the distance just waiting in one spot but then they start moving as I get closer. It seem like my character is in some vast 'Truman Show' or some such.

"Okay, here comes the hero. Que up and..... ACTION!"

Possibly, since aggro radius is also "earshot" radius, you're supposed to be hiding beyond it. Rather, I'd like to know how come you can see them...

BTW, has anyone looked at the directions the rivers flow in Tyria? I could swear some seem to flow uphill..

Why do I have to stand still to cast a spell or use a skill?

After I've vanquished an area and returned to it later, why are all the monsters back? Where did they come from?

I always come to wonder where all the houses are in all the towns and outposts. All outposts have npc's, but few have houses/tents, so i wonder, where do they live?
And when is it actually night? When i started playing i quickly learned that GW is not a game where there's night and day, like WoW for example. I kind of miss that
