sorry about the silence in the last couple of days, I'm trying to deal with a (minor) work-related crisis at the moment and things are a bit crazy. Don't do PhDs... they drive you nuts.

the cowboy-samurai-mage is Reigi's creation^^ I admit to being a bit sceptical of it at first, but somehow it works
looking at that GW2 art pack has really given me a boost, so I had to sit down and practice a bit bet Reigi won't mind. First time I used textures, and only on the overall piece. I wasn't quite committed enough to make different ones from scratch quite yet. I'm happy with the overall look though. Now the trick is to get better at actual painting (shape, colour, light)

The sparkles on the haaat, and the lights and of course I still love what you did with the dress. Worth every bit and more, thank you! Her corset is lovely. Again, thank you!
And as I find more that I love... =P The slightly tattered look is lovely, definitely gives the feel of a traveler. The band on the hat is super pretty and I love that you added the flower. Slightly reminiscent of Illharess' red flower in her hair.

Oh I forgot it's proper name but this piece reminds me of those projects we did on the black scratch sheets. You removed or scratched away the black to reveal white portions to make your piece. Was this done similarly?
