Commission - Closed: Will draw for your money!

You removed or scratched away the black to reveal white portions to make your piece. Was this done similarly? In a way, yes. Except that I do both the adding and taking away - starting with a blank canvas, I block in the main black areas with a hard round brush, and then erasing for details. It requires quite a lot of back-and-forth to get it right sometimes^^ but it's a very organic way of working, which I really enjoy.
