If the counter doesn't reset every trade this will just create more scams: I get an arbrace now(saving to get a celestial pig maybe) and after 2-3 days I find out that is customized to me.
If the counter resets every trade, power traders will just trade their stacks back and forth between their alternative accounts.

How exactly is this going to help players who deal high end item(1500e+)? or atleast help players store about 3500e in value in bank with limited storage?
Also, Medal of Honors and Armbraces are not of same value, so it doesn't really work here

Medals of Honor being untradeable is just Anet's bid to protect the value of ecto (no idea why they are doing this, but they are). As mentioned you can trade war supplies as well as the weapons gained from medals, but war supplies are too low value to be more convenient than an ecto, while weapons don't stack. Same reasoning why you can sell stuff bought with zcoins, but not zcoins themself. So yes if Anet had to do it all over again, armbraces would likely be untradeable (while gems *should* trade), but with ectos still at a steady rate does it make any sense to apply it now?

No sorry very bad idea, some people may be addicted to the game and get way too many braces but they earned it by Speedclearing or even dwg all day so they should never be punished for it.
