I too am eager for more details on the hero A.I. fix.
The change of difficulty to Tracking the Corruption (HM) was needed too, though its a bit late now that I've done it, so now it'll just serve to make me look crap infront of my friends who haven't done it yet and will wonder what all the fuss was about lol. Nevermind.

Tracking the Corruption seems like an odd one to rebalance. That one was extremely easy for me even in HM. I would have prefer a rebalance of Trading Blows to not make the NPC monks kill themselves with wand spam on Clumsiness/Wandering Eye instead of, you know, healing themselves. But maybe the AI rebalance did something like that. I didn't think there were monsters in that quest that had those skills but I saw all three of them attack, get interrupted on the attack, and lose a bunch of health.
whahahaha
talking to a friend about him quit at that quest, and me talking about bad melee heroes
then this update gave me a huge laugh, like anet found it out, that we were having troubles with some stuff
i hope melee heroes now will fle from AoE, and will attack 1 target at a time and wont run back when killed 1..... hoping can be good, lets check out later

Can only hope for melee AI improvements (assassin in particular, would like a reason to use Miku). Of course, seeing the improved enemy AI will be a nice thing as well.
whaa? Tracking the Corruption is the only hard mission in WoC. I don't even know which one trading blows is, all the others I sailed through effortlessly.

After getting my heroes wiped out in 3 seconds with Sabannah Heat, I hope that at least they avoid it faster.
As for melee heroes, my main problem is that they tend to move back to the leader too often, instead going to another nearby enemy, bringing other foes along with them.
Let's see if they stop doing that.
I hope they find time to write down some developer updates so we can know what exactly has changed with heroes.

Tested Miku on the Isle of the Nameless...didn't really notice any difference tbh. She used Jagged+FF+Death Blossom properly on the first chain sometimes, but most of the time she just had the usual delay. Still took her a long time to get into melee as well,
Eh might be because I was able to ball them all up properly as Derv for Panic. I can see some of these quests being a real bitch if you aren't a melee character, so take what I say with a grain of salt. I'm not gonna sit here and say people are bad for having trouble with it because we all have that one quest that gets us.
Trading Blows is the one where you have to keep the three horribly stupid Kurzick Monks alive.

I really wish they'd give more details about the hero AI improvements. Does melee not suck now? Do they not sit around sucking their thumbs in savannah heat anymore? Details, details!

Look at "Ununused skills" and "Misused skills" on this page:

I would hope that they would prioritise more pressing skill updates (like the paragon and ranger ones) over the ele update.

Thanks for the update ANet! Lots of great updates to GW1 recently, you really must be close to releasing GW2, raised the bug bar, and freed up some dev resources.
Frankly I am not too keen on the ele update coming so soon before thorough testing. There are already some level 36 ele mobs in HM that are getting hard to deal with which would probably make them even more overpowered after the second part of the ele update.

Ah, well. Glad they changed it.
