what part of fow armor u're asking about? fow skirt does looks torn if u look at the running mes from the certain angle, i hope it'l be fixed someday 
fow top has clipping problems smtimes, but not often, thats the most visible i believe:
(look at the arrow and u'll see part of vabbi skirt puncturing the right side of the top, for some reasons its not so visible on the left side)

Well I dont want to waste 90 ecto and shards on an armor which will clip when im running. but does a full mesmer armor clip. Because I saw some note that the hose can clip on the but.

The skirt DOES clip so I've seen and heard but I'm not sure about how often it does. The top not so much, but the skirt is the main thing people talk about when they mention female mes fow clipping.

Yeah, the full armor does not clip at all.
If you zone out then the cheaks or the butt (so to speak) kinda look that they come out from the skirt.
Just make sure that you do not dye it a dark color. I noticed that is shows more on black.
If you usually do not zome out that much from your character then you wont see any thing.

got my sisters together for a photo shoot.....this is Mimi and Haru Tsu.
Mimi was born in Tyria, while her younger sister Haru was born in Cantha----their parents split because of the war, Mimi returned to Tyria with her dad (also a mesmer) to help rebuild after the war, their mom (a rit) stayed at the monestary to look after the infant Haru.
Mimi wanted to be a mesmer just like her dad, but also knew she needed to defend herself so also took up a bow.....Haru wanted to be just like her big sister (and Mimi is much taller than Haru as well), but was a mommys girl as well...so she became a mesmer/ritualist.....they are both now finding their way thru Elona.
(yup crummy paint as well....will get this screenshot stuff down someday )

It's a mix combo, but I can't remember the dyes I used =\ All I can remember is that I used brown in the mix.

finally after 1 yr of not playing my mesmer.. i finally picked him up n played... got him a new armour
tried make the dye colour emulate leather style.. not sure whether this is the best combo yet

playing around with the armor I have...I came up with this combo....the vabbi dress with canthan hose and 15k canthan boots......
still have a problem with the hose----where the leg attaches to the body on the inside of the thigh there is no pattern--my other mes has the same hose, but no problem with hers (I think its because this mes is sooo tall). She likes the wide open front of the skirts since she is a mes/r.
Lyphen I'm certainly not rich, but I do have some platinum lying around begging to be spent on this, my only character! But unfortunatly I don't like any of the armors added in Nightfall (too many uncolourable areas).
