Post an unaltered screenshot of it, or let me see it in game. I'll pay you good money just to see it, and will pay you much more to buy it.

these 15% swords are well known, and do have negative conditions.
i myself only know of two unconditional 13% always swords and of one 15% always swords that are still floating around. They are worth millions.

When people refer to "always" nowadays, they usually mean the +15% plus a condition: -5 Energy, -10 armor (while attacking), Health regeneration -1, or Energy regeneration -1.

However, there are the "unconditional" ones too. Some were dropped at the game's release without any penalty. In addition, some early Energy regen -1s were bugged in that you could put a Zealous prefix on them and only one -1 would show. Both were fixed and are now collector's items. Relevant old link; yay my search is back!

I myself saw a +damage -armor on a sword once but it wasn't 15% sword.

Update: Just found a bow like that in the desert.

Damage 12-20 (req. 8)
Damage +10%
-1 Health Regen

LOL What a pile of junk... oh well, at least it converts into a pile of wood.

Low req = low damage. Don't buy any of Savio's less than common items, save up for a req 13 or so sickle. You'll actually feel the difference while you fight.

P.S. No wonder people question my knowledge when I lie with the same punctuation with which I tell the truth.

somewhere i hide some Falcion / whatever ...

req.8/9/10
15% allways and -1 hp reg ....

I would say they are simply the best O.o

If u meet a spot, where u stay peaceful without shooting/slashing ... just swap to normal -.-
And eye in eye with any spike or whatever .. what matters this -1 ??

I didn't think it worked like that. I thought max dmg items with low req were the most sought after?

This is most certainly not true. You will deal the listed damage when you meet (or surpass) the requirement.

However, having more points in the related attribute (swordsmanship, for example) will obviously increase damage output. This is what you are confused with.

Thus, in both the situations below, you will be dealing the exact same damage:

* Wielding a 15-22 Req7 sword, and having attribute level 12 in swordsmanship
* Wielding a 15-22 Req11 sword, and having attribute level 12 in swordsmanship

IMO 15(-10 armor while attacking) is best conditional all the time mod. add a +5 armor pommel and its not that bad...if you are a war that is that concerned about defence...

yeah indeed i agree on that

* Wielding a 15-22 Req7 sword, and having attribute level 12 in swordsmanship
* Wielding a 15-22 Req11 sword, and having attribute level 12 in swordsmanship

very true.
