+15% dmg always ?

Unfortunately, people will believe any screenshot that they aren't bluntly told isn't real. I thought that in my and darkMishkin's context and the fact I used a smiley that there wouldn't be confusion, but I guess people do get confused. I probably would have thought the Terror Hammer thread was funny too, but it was posted when all the mods were sick of deleting and closing thread after thread.

To clear everything up:

• Requirements, as long as you meet them, don't affect damage.
• darkMishkin and I are very sarcastic and/or humorous at times. This is what happens when you stay in Q&A for too long, so don't hang out too much.
• Ensign's Treatise on Combat Mechanics owns.
• I do not have a req. 6 max Sickle +17% unconditional; if I did, I would not post it here in Q&A, I would sell it in secret for gobs (globs?) of money.
• Unconditional weapons do not drop and cannot be made anymore. If you'd like to say something to the contrary, prove it.
• Runes of Absorption do not stack.
