Luxons or Kurzicks

So Kurzicks and Luxons will have different types of armor?

If I were going on landscapes of home regions I would go Kurzick, the screenies of the petrified forest are lovely.

I don't understand why people want to remain neutral, I'm fairly sure that Anet said we will be able to change faction.

I'm going Kurzicks coz the majority of people are going Luxon. This way I won't have to wait in a long line whenever I wanna PvP and also there will be more action.

what if my friend is luxon and im kurzick, would i be able to do missions /pvp togheder?.

IMO: players would only stay neutral, if there were available unlockables-only neutrals, like the kurz/lux unlockable areas.
but I guess the main point of factions is to pick a side...

Also, some ppl want to stay neutral bcuz from what has been stated so far, it's gonna be more into the pvp style and you need a guild++members.

I only hope that it wouldnt be the case and players who join a side but dont have a minimum army of members would still be able to participate in like a random arena system. (if it was like hoh, everyone already knows what's gonna happen there. )
