Thats on Abbadons Mouth, just before you get to the Area where you get recive the bonus award, where the bosses for Restore Condition, Soul Leech etc spawn.. difficult to explain

Ring Of Fire is correct, but that is not near the seer. That is near the entrance to the backdoor, with lots of spider there.
