Actually, I noticed that in FoW, there are lava pits near the Tower of Strength that look like they should set you on fire, but do not. Given that the picture provided by the Purple Pants Guy has the "misty" look that most places in FoW have, I'd venture the guess that he's in the area I'm thinking.
I do not have a picture of my character in the exact spot that his is, so hopefully this verbal description will suffice.
