The reason I ask is because if this is not the case, it explains why the other countries are beginning to and will continue to dominate HoH. American HoHers tend to be arrogent build fanatics who are hell-bent on having only R3or better players, of certain types only. This limits the number of potentially good players in their ranks, and the developement of a new build by accidental PUG victories. It's a real shame, American practices are our biggest threat. I'm an American saying this, just fyi. I stopped trying to get into HoH teams a while ago, my rank just isn't high enough, and IWAYing is not the answer, no offense to IWAYers. Translation of the above, if American players make a build, someone can copy it, if someone copies it and improves upon it while the Americans hold to only the original build, the American build loses. |

Americans: rely on builds that depend on heavy team work with specialized set piece characters. Balanced between offensive and defensive. Koreans: ultra aggressive builds. They rely on self-sufficiency with all their characters having the ability to look after themselves and function as individuals. Europeans: much more defensive builds and much more mixed. Overall Europeans prefer role-play however. Japanese: fast at adapting to their environment. Also very good at managing skill combos, energy, HP etc. from their experiences playing traditional Japanese RPGs like Final Fantasy, Pokemon, Magic etc. Chinese: known for their extremely good calculation skills, all builds are worked out on paper using maths and numbers before they are sent into actual battle. Very efficient and balanced. |
