The part that doesn't make sense is the Worlds at War concept and not that we actually can meet and play with international friends. It's the POINT of an online game to meet friends from around the globe and play with them, isn't it? At least I like to think that I am not waging an online war against other nations. We got enough of this crap in real life. No thanks.

Your "solution" is like that:

Fact: People don't care about WaW (they play in international districts)
Solution: Force them to care (take int districts away)

Doesn't sound like a very "democratic" solution to me...
