A Mes/Warrior could use this with arcane mimicry to steal an elite, fire magic skill. It could work for an Illusionary Weapon build where you double nuke with a fire elementalists on your team to weaken your opponent before you start whacking at them.
I think the funniest weapon I saw was a Great Foehammer of Pruning. It had a mod to extend bleeding, but hammers don't cause bleeding so you'll have to be creative to use this.
I once kept a collection of these weird weapons, but alas, had to make room for other weapons.
I saw many three-class weapons over at gwonline.net. There's a whole thread on weird weapons and even a contest. I've been pondering these three class weapons for months. They haunt my dreams at night while I try to find meaning to their existence.
Could it be that these three stat weapons are meant as a convenience? In the perfect case say you get something like this:
Raven Staff
Energy +12
Dark Damage 10-22 req 8 Curses
Halves Casting Time of Death Spells 10% Chance
Halves Casting Time of Blood Spells 10% Chance
Slap some cheap mods on the staff and you've got a decent lowbie staff. It's not great, but it will work well enough for most people early on. The only trouble is that it shouldn't be dropping in UW/FoW/SF. It should be found in chests out in the main map.
EDIT: I thought at some point ArenaNet made a fix to make weapon mods more realistic/appropriate to the weapon. Maybe this is a regression due to the recent spat of changes/updates.

Here's Mine... I actually submitted a support case to NC Soft / ANet

Here's the responce:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting Guild Wars Support. The staff is likely fine and working as intended, just gives multiple professions good abilities by using the staff. If you wish you can send us a screenshot and we can look further into the details of the weapon for any unintended features of it. If you have any further questions or comments, feel free to contact us.
Regards,
The Guild Wars Support Team

This was like responce # 3 and I had already attached the screen shot and notified them that it was attached.
