Minor Bug in Archipelago
In jade quarry "arena", the arena fans will block your and NPC movement.
Very annoying.

Distance Fog Bug:
In many areas of the Kurzick locations, the distance fog for the sky (branches) and the trees and objects reaching them is different, so while a massive tree maybe so far away its but a blueish shape, the branches are still fully visible. (ATI 9600). Also, on nvidia cards the distance seems right but the colour for the sky is wrong.

The issues of the 0 enemy health are still in game. This is where the enemy target shows on your client as having no health. Ive seen this apply to Minions, as well as PvE monsters. This is an old issues from GW:P but it seems a little worse in factions.
Also, Outside of Cavalon, on the halcyon side, Lysaas avatar shows 2 yellow squares around it when selected on my 9600XT. (6.2 cats, cant use 6.3s as they're broken.)

I'm not sure if this is mentioned or a bug but im writing it:
I've got my 10k luxon factions and get the Gyala Hatchery quest. When i got there (nobody was there !!
) i started the mission with henchies and failed. Then i returned the outpost and talked to guy Embre to watch the cinematic again. I skipped it and found myself in the next city called "Leviathan Pits"

When you use the purple Kurzick-side portal in the Jade Quarry, it sends you in facing the wall. Very annoying.
And, more details on the teleporting inside of walls with assassins:
Sometimes when you use one of their teleporting skills (it happens with Death's Charge with me) you go to the target, but then your character starts running backwards a certain distance, usually right towards a wall, and your character will go straight through it then stop some distance inside. There's no way to cancel the running either.
Also, in the area where you do the quest to kill the 4 groups of Wardens, there are Wardens on top of a bridge high up that you pass under, but you can attack them from directly below them with melee weapons. You attack the air, but the enemies take damage, and they dont fight back because the bug doesnt work both ways.
Edit- Also, in that Warden area, the traps they set from on top of the bridge some times hit you when you pass under it.
Ah, and another bug. This has existed since before the preview, but it RARELY happened to me, now it happens farely often; I'm in a pve area, and I accidently target an enemy way off in the distance (end of the radar) which is inside of a huge group. I try to stop myself because I had started auto-running to attack it, and the game lags and teleports me all the way across the radar right in front of the enemy I had selected. I then usually either die almost instantly from the onslaught or they turn towards my entire party and kill us all.

Bugs:
Ritualist (female) emotes, with the exception of /dance, are exactly the same as the elementalist (female) emotes. (feature?)
Timing in the dialogue between Danika and Vasburg in "The Eternal Grove" is off.
"Aura of the Grove" spell effect is the same icon as "monster skill only" - "Curse of the Bloodstone" in GW:P had its own icon. (feature?)
Restoration Focus (collector item) in Saint Anjeka's Shrine has the "Under Construction" icon.
Skill trader at Vasburg Armory has no skills.

- Grenth offered me to pay for "Favor of the Gods". This can be kinda confusing with HA favor.
- The resurrection shrine outside of Eredon Terrace(Luxon), reminds more of Balthazar molesting Dwayna. Kneeling makes the Balthazar-ghost-thingy pop up.
- Is Talon Silverwing really supposed to hold the sword this way? Looks kinda dangerous.

It's happened twice now, the first time I just shruged it off thinking maybe I saw wrong. This time I know I'm not mistaken. I had just gotten done telling a group I was with in Hereos Ascent I needed 105 more fame to rank 6, which means I had 895. After winning a few matches I checked my fame again and it said 860. At first I thought maybe just the game glitching, so I logged off, relogged, and it said the same. On all my characters. I also thought it may be because they were updating for the Preview Event, it happened about 10 minutes before it started.
It seems like it just rolls back about 30-40 fame and then from their it continues to go up properly like it should. I've already reported it through email guild wars support, just curious here if anyone else, has possibly had the same problem. It's kinda hard to prove to them, they say try to get a screenshot, but that would require me to literally take a screen shot before/after every match, which would be, quite annoying. Anyways, anyone else experience the same thing and just think maybe you were mistaken?
