What's UAS? Has something to do with skill aquisition, but can't for the life of me get it out of context.

I'd like to add:
Dom.- Domonation Magic for mesmers.
Storming- Said when a mesmer is using the mesmer Hex "Chaos Storm" due to need to gather enemies close in order to get the best effect..
OMWN or OMW- "on my way now" or "on my way"

ok,during game play i have heard alot of "have you asended yet?" "how do you asend" what exactly is asendence and how does one go about asending?

What about UAR and UAS?
Ok, I figured out that UAS = Unlock(ed) All Skills as in "I beat the game and UAS". With that said, WTF is UAR? You can unlock weapon upgrades, but I can't figure out what starts with "R".

Without context, I can only assume it means "current offer." As in "gold max dmg fellblade with mods c/o 15k make offer" and the like.

Unlock All Skills and Unlock All Runes. Theres also variant UAW, Unlock all Weaponupgrades and most important to some people, UAERN, Unlock All & Everything Right Now.
At some BWEs, there was a option to Unlock all skills for pvp-characters, which has since become hotly debated (and requested by pvpers) option.
There's threads in Suggestion-forum which talk about merits and drawbacks of it, but as far as A.Net seems to be thinking, it was there for just those few BWEs, as a way to test all available skills in broader environment than Alphas could provide, and won't be coming back.

One of the perfect mods for weapons(mainly swords,axes,hammers and bows).

And yes, I hate whoever came up with that particular i-net term too. But we can't change it. We can drop it, but not change it.
Speaking of hate, I hate who came up with ap = armor penetration. AP is too well known for Action Points in other games.

could someone define spiker, used at LuLu's "I Hate Izzy" Build
also the term "build" i get in general but dont know exact usage, being a newb. does it always refer to a complete set of weapons/skills/etc or can that stuff vary under the one "build"?

10 Healing Prayers/12 Axe Mastery/13 Tactics <--Those are 'skill lines'
Skills in your skill bar are the "skill listing"
These combine to create a thing most people refer to as "A Build" or a specific way you're playing your character.

other terms you should add thats build related:
Rezmer - Fast cast Mesmer with monk secondary used for ressurecting (usually in Minion Master teams)
Echo____ - Elementalist with mesmer secondary using Arcane Echo or Echo to repeat spells.
Battery - Necromancer with energy regen skills to help monks and other casters regain their magic.
Geartank - A warrior whos build centers around holding an item so that enemies are aggroed to them. It can be anything from torches, the scepter of orr, books, etc. Named after the gears in Sorrows Furnace, even though the technique has been used before SF came out.
MM - Minion Master, Necro who specializes in making an army of undead fiends, minions or horrors and maintaining them.
HoD - Henge of Denravi
