2nd I think that, since you can have a 2nd profession for additional skills, you should be able to be a member of a second guild. And if it's only to check it out.
Who knows if the old guild wants you back, once you left the "family"?
The one guild thing is there to stop people abusing the GvG rankings etc...

the guild wars cape starts to remind me of the "Venom" costume from Spider-man -- looking good for a while, but then it starts to stick on you!

Anet -- please make it toggleable.

Toggle Capes

Instead of making a cape that either looks like a batman cape or a castle theme cape I would like to see every player in a guild be able to choose his/her preference. I have been missing the old capes from the World Premiere Event so I really wish they would bring those back into the game. Not everyone likes those capes but there are some of us in GW who really like those and hate these new capes.

Come on next update...but don't make the toggle button "b" cause I need that for voice chat.

That would be so much better if you could chose when to have it on.

I, too, would like to see toggleable capes in the game.

And I don't think toggleable is a word.

According to Google it is a word, but according to Dictionary.com it is not. Take your pick.

I vote for Togglebobbleable. That way, I won't be going "bleh" everytime I picture my Druid Ranger with a cape over his trenchcoat.

I disagree, if you are going to be in a guild you need to wear your cape, if you dont think so, leave the guild.

/sign (didn't realize there were 4 pages of this already and so started a new thread to be fresh on the front page). I want the option. The cape takes away from the armor

A soldier isn't always in uniform, neither is a cop, they are in uniform when they're on the job.

Since as you pointed out before that your are a pure PvP person you wouldn't really understand how annoying the capes can be at times to us PvE people who have spent time and money collecting 1.5K, 15K and Fissure of Woe armor.

Sorry but after reading your reply, its like saying "The only way your going to get a job in an office is by wearing a tie"

Your find more people are for this idea then against, and we only want the option to remove the capes when not needed.

If someone worked in a Supermarkets do they wear their uniform all day, all the time with no option to take it off? Nope

I now await for you to reply and disagree with me like you seem to like doing
