Well, I believe that you can get the +12 20/20 focus from a collector in Droknar.

well I got the storm artifact from the collectors already.

If I get 20% chance on both the wand and the offhand will they stack?

no thanks on ur offer. No point gaining 14 energy if my 90 energy pool regens slower
