I have the website where it lists all the skill rewards, but I was wondering if anything has been made for skills given to you to complete a quest? The Stonecleaver guy in Yak's Bend gives you two skills when you accept the mission. Are there others that do this?

I have that site bookmarked already, but it doesn't include the quests that give you skills BEFORE you finish the quest.

The table inludes (all?) quest that give you the skills in advance. That goes for "Helping the Dwarves" as well as a number of pre-searing quests.
