They need to add a name changer too. I'd like to change my names without losing my elites.
you could keep the name changes to like every 6 months if you are worried about scammer abuse.
Idea: Stylist NPC (Possible Money sink)

I think its an awesome idea. It obviously needs to be controlled and kept realistic, but hair styles/colour and skin tone should be changeable! I think hair accessories etc. would be a little too much, but otherwise amen! /SIGNED! Oh, and the namechanger thing won't work, as cloning/scamming would increase WAY too much!

What is the good thing about a "possible money sink"?
I mean there has to be something about it for you to put it in the title.
Personally I have no problem with such a feature (but I think they should use their time on making something usefull instead). Really maybe people should play with thier Barbies or something instead.

My necro /signs in blood!
It would be a GREAT addition! All those who say, "Its like the Sims", or whatever, ...no. I just made a char, picked a face I liked, after awhile, realized she had THE EXACT SAME FACE as another char I had(Thought it looked familiar...). Id hate to get to a fairly high lvl, then get tired of the hairstyle my character has. Im already tired of my lvl 10 ele's hair, and would like to change it, but would have to delete, and restart her, losing all that Ive gotten so far. I LOVE my necros hair, though, as it hides the ugly-ass scar on her face(the scars and tats suck, IMO).
Edit: I just made this character a few days ago, and look who I teamed with for "Across the Wall"
Heres a better pic, with ANOTHER person I saw in Ascalon(makes 3 of us)

Stylists would be a major steps backwards from the character appearance screen that already exists at character creation.
For example, what if someone wants to change his body size? You don't hear any talk of "body stylists". To allow hair changes but not body changes would be grossly unfair to those who want to change their body more than or instead of their hair. To allow one change whilst not allowing others would be frustating and unequitable.
The very concept of "stylists" is entirely unnecessary.
Anet simply needs to let you access that screen to make changes for characters who have already been created, whenever you want to.
All this talk of "stylists" is way more primitive and less versatile than that screen, hence to make a new "stylists system" instead of just using the better version of it which already exists, would be absolutely ridiculous.
