Replying to Posts + Spamming:

The GWG forum rules on spamming are very clear:

We don't encourage people to pointless go about posting meaningless psychobabble for sake of just increasing their post count. Your spam will be deleted and noted, so don't do it!

I think unlike the 15k armour, the fissure armour doesn't differentiate between sub-classes.

Ah, so it costs the same as 15k armour. I think i'll skip it. :P As long as getting a shit load of money won't take too long. How do you get so much money, anyway? I just bought 1500 armour and i'm broke.

If you don't need headpiece it'll cost you 105 ecto + 105 shard + regular 60k armor materials + 60k

if you do need headpiece cost you 120 ecto + 120 shard + regular 60k armor materials + 75k

in total, if you buy shard and ecto around 3k a piece it'll cost you anywhere from 500-600k gold.

so if you don't have that much. my suggest is either 1) farm 2) save up 3) buy a regular 60k armor 4) do more UW and Fissure runs.

Wow, male warrior fissure armor is definately quite insane (although the legs get kinda...over complex)

Female necromancer is pretty simple, but pretty stylish.

Elementalist armor is just plain ugly IMO =P Definately rushed...I mean...no short skirt? That's blasphemy!

I think its mainly the elementalist textures that look a bit odd, and possibly because its modified from the newbie armor, which lacked the spiked greaves and large shoulder pads, both of which stand out significantly (on the male).

Kudos to anyone who can afford these. I have no idea how you do it. Now the only one I haven't seen is the Ranger set. Any Rangers even want to just take a screen of the Eternal Forgemaster's shop list so we can see even just what the icons look like?

From a screenshot above it appears most armor types for each proffession come in a fisure of woe edition too.
Can you make armor in Underworld too? If yes, is it the same as fissure?

Doesn't matter if it was Enchanter's or not. All Fissure of Woe armor looks the same regardless of what set's bonuses its using. So any Female Mesmer wearing FoW armor looks like that, regardless of if they're wearing Enchanter's or Rogue's or whatever.

Ok thank you guys, you just saved me from spending hours and hours of money farming to get the female mesmer armor from fissure.

Just as ugly as enchanters. Why o why dear Arena.net do Female Characters have to look like Hookers?

I originally wanted to play a female Elementalist, but then i saw the kind of armor they are wearing and it REALLY scared me away. Then i though about going Necromancer. Started well but then i saw others just clothed in Underwear. Scared me away too.
Then i started mesmer. WOOOOO finally some CLOTHED female class. Even though i hate mesmer to play with, the look made me play it. The beautiful dresses (Even though they were... well... naughty) and the fine set of clothes. Until i stumbled upon the Enchanters Set... that was when my jaw dropped to the floor in Disappointment. Almost naked Girlie again. Damn, wanted to take that Set for its energy.
So well, i sticked to the Rogues Set, got the 15k Version and was happy with the looks again. I started to earn money for the Fissure Armor, no clue on how it looks.

Now i saw.
Now i just gave away all my money to a guildmate (60k).
Why? Hookerlook.

either its the screenshot but from the waist down the warriors armour looks so unbeliveably gay. i want more angles to confirm but if its really like that, what a waste of money

Only the head and chest piece are respectable. For warriors, females look to seem better in the same armor most of the time (except platemail).

Yeah, the leggings on the armor look stupid. The female's armor looks better, the center part isn't as big so the leggings don't look so bad. Incase there is someone who hasn't seen the female warrior armor, here it is:

You could just farm UW and FoW for shards and ectos. That'll bring down the gold price.

Oh LORDIE...

I wonder if it's time for an upgrade. I've grown REALLY attached to my 15k geo armor though.. and I prefer bonelace for my necromancer... I am sort of disappointed with dragon armor..

Maybe I'll make a new character. I dunno.. Hmm I should spiff out my elem I think
