I've been wondering about heal party combined with other skills...

for example.. when you have zealots fire and use heal party, are enemies struck for the damage?

and divine boon + heal party... do allies gain health from divine boon?

If you have zealots fire and use heal party, it'll only effect you because you're the one using the spell. As for the divine boon, i'm not sure what it does but I don't think it'll heal everybody.

I forget what Divine Boon does exactly, but if you're a monk primary with a high Divine Favor, it helps heal 3pts extra per point in Divine Favor, so, experiment with it, I think I will later with my monk primary...

Divine Boon doesn't stack with Heal Party and as far as i saw Divine Favor and Zealots Fire do not do so as well. The only reason why heal party isn't that bad is the fact it has an awful huge range. Enabling you to heal from a distance you could not heal with your other spells. But that is all to it.

What Feli said. I tested this just yesterday: Neither Divine Boon nor Divine Favor give a bonus for party members when you use Heal Party. Only the healer himself gets the bonus.

Divine favor itself stacks with heal party, i think lol.. ( im a primary monk too :P )
Ive heard people say that heal party is a "waste of energy" but if i heal 8 people with 80 health thats 640 health gained with only 15 energy. A life saver in certain cituations, its all conditional.

I did some testing with this. Divine Boon definitely does not affect the whole group when using Heal Party. I'm 90% sure that Divine Favor does not affect your whole group either. If you look at Aegis, another skill that affects your entire party, it's the same. Divine Favor and Divine Boon only affect the caster of a spell that affects a whole party.

True, but most of the time, only 2 or 3 members of your party need to be healed. And they (preferably) need more than that 80 health (does it even go that high?).

I think Heal Party would be a great spell for 10 energy, but at 15 it's just too costly for me. I stick to other stuff.
