Has anyone noticed the random button actually creates pretty nice capes?

What I dislike about colors is they seem to vary too much in appearance depending on the lighting. So while your cape may look great in some lighting, it looks dull or lifeless in some other lighting. Or it may look good in dim lighting but too faded in normal lighting...

I'm really leaning towards the suggestion made to have a /togglecape command.

Anyone have thoughts about designing guild capes?

I think they rock Im realy opposed to a toggeble cape. Because now you can see easily if members of certain guilds are forming a group by there capes, and it looks cool and gives you a certain feeling.
I think the Cape creating is very cool. Very much choice and endles combinations

There are many Emblems, but maybe 20 more are needed.

Just need to add Emblems, maby a detail or 2, but more Emblems would eliminate 'similar' capes of diff guilds.

Also, uploading your own emblem will not work as the world is full of idiots and a--holes: just imagine the crap that would come in!

50-100 emblems would be a nice range to choose from.

Ditto. I hate the capes.

I'm sure this will come along with some patch someday, since it doesn't seem like it'd be hard to implement..

I kinda like the cape, as it adds variety, although I wish they would change the fact that they disappear under water

A bit off topic, but a few buddies and I were teamed up to do a quest. One guy was at storage changing armor when another guy left the outpost, warping all of us out of town. Let's just say that it's lucky he had his cape because he didn't have much else on to keep him warm. He ran the entire quest bare foot... lol. We were lvl 20, helping a lower level friend with ashes, so it didn't matter very much.
