"Normal" quest rewards to me are XP, gold, items/weapons and skills.

Then I know about 3 quest with "special" rewards:
- There is 1 quest in pre-searing that gives you 1 skill point.
- There are 2 quests that give you 15 attribute points each.

Are there any other such "easteregg" quests that I should look out for?

Well there is the gwen quest if that counts as "Special" as she follows you around healing you.

There is the tapestry quest in pre-searing with gwen.

**SPOILER**
If you give her 5 Red Iris Flowers, 1 flute, 1 girl's cape she will give you a tapestry (spelling error) which, I have no idea where to use it. Something to pick up while ur in pre-searing.

If we're trying to be complete, there's the Pre-Academy Bear Hunter's who tell you to kill a Bear within three minutes. If you do and return in time, they give you Hunter's Ale. (Sure, it's just an item, but it's a weird sort of quest, since it's never officially a quest in your log.)

Maybe this falls outside the Tetris L's original thoughts, but there it is.

I was thinking more in terms of rewards that are actually USEFUL.

Gwen is useful as she heals you.

I only had to give her the flowers to get the tapestry

Does the "Present for Althea" in pre-searing count? I never got the NPCs to even mention this until I found all the pieces first, then I had to sit through the dialog to get the quest and finish it.

In post-searing I haven't found any easter egg type quests, but I did find some quests that I missed previously while I was just running around. It seems when I finished a quest in one city, it opened a quest outside the same city or in another. I spent about half an hour one day warping back and forth and found a couple quests I didn't know about before....

lol, no if you go stand next to them, they start talking, you can get that quest anytime, as long as they finish talking

I ususally run up next to em then go get the broken flute and kill the scale guy, then when I get back they've finished talking and I can get that quest
