LTB fiery dragon sword

anyways.. I'm looking for a fiery dragon sword 15-22 with damage +20% (when health is above 50%) ... otherwise clean.

I believe 15 is max for above and 20 is max for bellow...

you could be right.. I've seen the dmg +20 above 50 in PvP chars, so I figured it'd be the same for RPG.. but if I'm mistaken, I'd be interested in a dmg +MAX above 50 :P
