/yes, charge 1k for each skill this way, dont have the skill point transfer to the teacher, No money to the teacher, and no elites can be taught.
Glyph of Recovery/Rest should be Elite... Very Very Good skill... Another possibility is making it a SKILL, not a spell or even a signet, so...
