You sir are a fool. By 10+ i guess you mean like an entire set..if you dont like them game, why are you wasting your time on this site? nothing better to do? hmm?[/QUOTE]
By 10+, you can say I mean the set. But also look at the newly released armors.
Elementalist AR 60 + X HP
Ranger AR 70 + X HP
Warrior AR 80 + X HP
… And so on, I would only call them 1 new item, as they are duplicate items of the same ideal.
I have never said I don’t like GW, as it is the first and by far the best of its class.
“The release of Guild Wars in April 2005 represented NCsoft's investment in the possible profitability of an online RPG with a one-time fee. Guild Wars did not share many of the distinguishing features of typical MMORPGs such as an undivided gameworld (outside of cities, the game was played on a private copy of the gameworld), the lack of instant world travel, the subscription fee, the large time investment required to enjoy end-game content, and the largely server-dependent software architecture. As such, it was termed a Competitive/Cooperative Online Role-Playing Game (CORPG) by its developers. It is most often referred to as an OCG, or "Online Computer Game".”

Like the article said, the gaming concept and the design of GW is truly amazing. But that is in 2005. As successful Global releases of GW, many I mean MANY newly develop games has implement the similar concept of GW. With only a better job, for quick example a newly released Korean MMOPRG “SUN” or “Hulxey”.
Of course Hulxey is a MMO First Person Shooting Game with role-play, which allow 3000 players shoot at each other on the same map. Due to it’s not release yet, it is a bad example to compare with GW.

“Mournbalde”:
From first release of Black Screen TV it take 20 year for it to exceed its 1 million units.
Color TV: 12 years
PC: 6 Years
DVD: 6 Months!
As the new technology advance, a market window is become shorter and shorter for the edge product. This concept is also applied to newly develop games. Don’t know if any of you remember Diablo 1, or Diablo 2, from blizzard. How long till they release their expansion not with in a year right?
Anet themselves also release this, that is why they have continue update to their game. Now can you still says 1 year old game is still as fresh as baby? You may want to think again.
Also back on the Chinese golden farming Issue:
“On August 4, 2005, the Chinese government announced a ban on all "violent" gameplay for minors under 18. Chinese officials defined 'violent' as any game that involves player vs. player combat, a common feature among MMORPGs. Later in August the same year, the Chinese government imposed online gaming curbs so players will gain experience and items in game at a decreased and decreasing rate, until it hits zero after five hours of consecutive gameplay, after which the player must log off for five hours to get the full rate back.”
