quite strange, when i quit gw to update the game, i had to shut down gw serveral times for it to update, on the 5th time, managed to download 1kb lol and start as normal.

Gaile had also said there was a final fix in the queue for all of the sound problems, maybe it's this update. Never had problems so I can't tell.

I've always wondered what they add in these little updates that they don't put on their website. I always had a strange feeling that these are where all the hidden nerfs comes in... but that's just me being paranoid.

Why did they release that today? IT doesn't make sense unless they fixed something else under the table. It could have waited until patch day with the sound fix.

OK, so here's the skinny on the '06 box. It's replacing the existing European Guild Wars standard and Special editions, and should start becoming available over the next few weeks as existing stock is sold through and the new '06 edition makes its way to retailers.

This new box comes with a key that enables some bonus items on your account ... the cokeplay items originally available in Korea, in fact.

In addition to the in-game items, the box comes with:

* A Trial Key you can give to a friend so they can try the game.
* The Guild Wars soundtrack on CD.
* Manuals and Quick Reference sheet.
* Double-sided poster with Eve on one side and Nika on the other.

Hey josh, do what im doing.
By the game, heck even open the packaging.
Use the special key for the coke items
then give the other contents to a friend for a birthday or rather late christmas gift.

I gave my "special edition" copy to my gf to get her to play gw. i naturally kept the pvp unlock codes thogh

So let me see we get this items after 1 year, so thhis means Korea will get some other item for the 2nd chapter or so? so whay not just add this with the new 2nd chapter or the CE of the game? come on this is just sick buying a game just for this items? lol I,m not going to pay 50 euro for a few Items that can only be used in game.
Just put it in the new chapter or the CE or SE of the new chapter.
Love the game but dont make it all about the mony.

is it only the cokeplay items you get because if so then i don't need to worry about them,as i just did a search to remind myself of the cokeplay stuff and most of them are imho useless hybrid items or not perfect.the only decent skin imo is the bowso thx but no thx,i'll stick with my current 2.
