Griffon Farming

Hey, i was wondering several things about griffon farming. Is it still worth farming them in comparison to ettins or trolls, and are there any other good places to farm? 2nd, how do you farm them, everytime i go to them i aggro a sand elemental and get knocked down. Then i die. The end. How can i avoid these sand ele's if griffons are worth farming in the first place. (w/mo level 20, i can do trolls/ettins so i think i can take griffons)

Question One: The Griffons that still exist have been nerfed, so there isn't a great potential of a huge profit, But Trolls aren't very profitable either ... so.

Question 2: I assume you are outside Dunes killing Griffons, since you are mentioning Sand Elementals. Just bring a flatbow to pull the griffons away from the Elementals.

The problem is, when im running to them the sand elementals follow me, the elementals are BEFORE the griffons so pulling the griffons doesn't do much.

bad spawn...just rezone or sprint through. wait for KDs before you hit sprint

What does KD = ?

KD = Knockdown, it's pretty much useless wasting 5 seconds on sprint getting up from KD

y not farm the Griffons out side augry rock near the hydras, there are always about 12 minum there and some times u get more like 14 :P

and if u have sprint u can easlier get past the hydra, or jsut kill them on the way

I was told that spot was nerfed, as in theres only a couple now.

the only good thing you can do there is sand giant farming.
I always get a nice gold per run ( giant slayer hammer 90% of the time, but you can find perfect mods on it )

I am not talking about the side with the Queen and the bugs i am talking about the side with hydra's......... they aren't that much there but its still easier and faster to get to then the ones out side dunes
