Spirit Bond triggers before the damage is delt. So if you will be hit for 70, you will be healed for 88hp, and lose 5health 1. Foe hits you 2....

There is the 55hp runner, Spirit Bond runner and ofc the SB runner

Some people like to have party members on the F keys ... But I don't recommend it. Easiest and best way is to drag the party members box above...

It's been used by warrior farmers combined with "On Your Knees!"
