K I think I may have found the answer, I did another google on your current drivers and found this thread..LOL Guru thread.

Everyone seems to say 71.89 drivers are best! Also from what I have read Nvidea driver have known issues with GW, Battlefield 2 and others, with texture quality. Here is the thread.

dont feel bad dude i have the exact same problem and i know its not fans i think its ram run the memtest86 you will get some errors.
