Just a quick update:

Shatterstorm is from "Mina Shatter Storm" (not Miru) and she is always there. Her presence is not quest related. From the entrance to The Undercity from Wajjun Bazaar SE, immediately go right, then left, then keep going straight. Go across a bridge and down a dirt slope. She will always be right there with a mob near three dancing peasants.

Yes, eliteskill is found in Pongmei Valley. Exit Maatu Keep and walk left towards the assassin boss.

But now that I have all 180 elites I say this standing in my list:

Thanks! Again, Signet of Judgement and Shield of Regeneration are available in Cantha. Shield of Judgement is not. It's a Chapter 1 -only skill.

Honnestly, I've fought my way all Cantha (I would have 100% of the map explored if tyrian chars were allowed to visit the whole Shing Jea Island) with my ranger, carrying a cap sig all the time. I've never found a boss with Fericious Strike. So unless he spawns randomly (which doesnt seem to be the case for canthan bosses) or is hidden in some challenge mission, I'd say the skill is not available in Cantha (provided ANET didn't change that with the last patches).

I think I capped that elite before I did the mission not sure anymore since it was a while ago.

If you are a Ranger and you want to cap Equinox, don't leave Zin Ku Corridor and plow into the backdoor of the Sinjiang District mission unless you want to clear the map like I did when I was looking for this cap. Thats fun, don't get me wrong but the Ranger Construct is way down south tucked in an out of the way place that can be accessed more easily if you go around the mission area and enter from the South.

Having an elite available ONLY during a quest (non-reapeatable) is dumb.

Well, for rangers the most popular (canthan) elites are probably barrage, escape, spike trap and maybe the new broad head arrow (and Martyr - monk elite if you feel like trapping with IWAY or in the deep). Punishing shot and crippling shot are also a must have in PvP/GvG (they're core skills, ain't they? - EDIT: no they're not :S).

For monks: Word of healing and boon sig maybe - my favorite monk elites are in Prophecy - I deeply regret skills like SoJ or Peace and Harmony are not core skills.

I let other players more competent give you a hint about the other classes.

EDIT - oh and Ray of Judgement (not sure about the name - the smite skill that makes burn minions) for smiters is really funny against a MM in competitve missions.

The Dragons Lair is in the Crystal Desert (Prophecies)
You reach it once you have completed the 3 desert missions and have ascended as a Tyrain. I havent sent a Canthan there yet though.

I have removed the link to my skills checksheet. I'm in the process of trying to uploade the newest version but I'm fighting the filefront site because it insists on shutting down whenever I try to submit.
