The sword drops outside of Harvest temple. Some necro boss called "Cultist" dropped the sword for a friend of mine.

by the way alot of these can spawn from the multitude of bosses between Amatz Basin and Durhiem Archives... Not only is this area great for capping skills, but if you go with a full party the greens drop rather fluidly... Heck I went with henchies and found 3 greens. Too tired to post em atm, may in morning...

The Scar Eater
and thats only 3/4ths of the Mourning Veil Falls area... I got too tired to continue... but plan to go back with a full group to see what all is down there drop and cap wise...
same goes for the other side too, near the Aurios Mines, but I have not done extensive Capping over there yet...

That Rajazon's Fevor is nice, but you can always get the craftable +5 Energy Katana and put in a 20% Enchantment mod. In my opinion, better looks, probably easier to get, and you can also put in a second mod (Furious or something), and if you don't like the 20% Enchantment mod (like me, Boon Prot really doesn't need it that much), you can put in a +XX Health mod instead.

Farmed for these on my warrior earlier today and got them on the second run with henchies.
The boss can be found in Eternal Grove.

theres a note on wiki about Rajazans Fervor but it doesnt go into detail....says "Unwaking Waters explorable area" where would that be? IF wiki is accurate :S it's not in the mission is it 
?

After you finish the Unwaking Waters mission and is brought to Harvest Temple, come back out. There is the explorable area.

Walk out there and you are in th area: Unwaking Waters (explorable area)
If you are searching for Razjan fervor (what is dropped by a necro boss called Cultitst ....) just head towards the Kurzick outpost Unwaking waters (kurzick) he stands right to the area transition what brings you to Unwaking Waters (kurzick) but you will have to have the outpost to be able to enter it XD.
*you can't return from Unwaking Waters(kurzick) to the explorable part.
and on the Luxon boss there is a War boss.
