you go to the marketplace, enter the docks, use the ship to seitung harbor :P from there you can explore the whole island. i dont think you have to do a special quest, but if you wont get there, and theres a quest around i suppose you should do it.

Hey i've got a weird thing that just happened!!
I've done all primary quests except the welcome in cantha quest with my tyrian char. I've been into HzH and have done almost all quests there also the 2 primary's jade quarry and aspenwood... but i didn't got the 10.000 faction befriending the kurzicks quest for some weird reason.
So i looked and looked and finally tried to acces HzH again from the guardman at the altuum ruins... but he said togo and jamei had summit in maatu keep so i went there. I got the journey to HzH quest from here and travelled and got my 10.000 faction quest so i can proceed to eternal grove.
But the thing is... How could i possible have done all the quests past HzH and still have to speak to the guardsman to let me in ???

You probably had already taken Journey to House zu Heltzer and abandoned it once inside. This is probably the only way to get inside the main city yet not have Count zu Heltzer offer you Befriend the Kurzicks.

What happens to Factions points earned above 10.000?
I've reached the 10.000 points made myself friend of Kurziks and kept the faction points untouched, after that i've done 2 more quests that shoud give me 2k faction, what happens to this faction points?
I know the max is 10k but shouldn't be refused the accept quest completion having 10k faction points already?

...I thought might be useful...
1) Canthan characters *can* get skills from quests in Tyria, provided that they're of a class represented in Tyria, you don't already have the skill the quest gives, and the quest is post-Lion's Arch.
2) It's possible to get to Cavalon early (but not House zu Heltzer). You do this by travelling overland to Archipelagos, and entering Cavalon from there. You still have to have completed the mission to gain the spear of the Luxon hero, however.

Stupid question so it's best to ask it here;
I want to get into gayla hatchery. Only I can't, the guy there says that I should talk to elder Rhea. But elkder Rhea doesn't give me a quest or anything, and the guy still won't let me in. So I hear this thing about 10k faction quest. Only I already have 10k faction, and still no quest.
What am I doing wrong?

Once completed, you need to do the 'Stolen Eggs' quest to get to Gyala Hatchery.
Both quests are from Elder Rhea in Cavalon. Have you got them in your quest log already?

go to maatu keep, talk to jamei, and get your 'Travel to Cavalon' quest again. im assuming you removed it when you reached cavalon (quite possible if you are kurzick and dont want the luxon faction) - then Rhea will give you 'Befriending the Luxons', as youll have 10k you can finish it right away, she'll give you 'Stolen Eggs', and youll be in gyala.
