There have always been collectors items close to perfect look at the weapon guy at droks. What drives the price of an item is the demand for the skin. People want certain skins more than others. Fellblades were a huge hit until shadow blades, now they have oni blades. Thats the kind of things that drive the price market. People payed for greens because of coolness and rarity, now they are more common and not so high. Also you would be suprised how much people actually value 2 extra energy.

Relnor you can get pretty much any kind of perfect sword from collectors and crafters, just decide what mod you need. There's many collectors and crafters 15^50 max swords, and you can craft also 15% always -5 energy or 15% always -10 armor, if you're willing to make the sacrifice for the unconditional damage.

Are there any collector for +5 energy recurve bows (or clones)? All I can find is the dude selling them after you kill Shiro, but he only sells short and long bows.

Collectors' 20/20 death offhands are easily come by in Prophecies. I'll gladly fetch one for somebody for 2K, and you can probably get it for 1K by shopping around, or farm it yourself pretty quickly.

I crafted my prot rod off burbek way +5 energy while enchanted 20% cast for 4k 5 chitins and 40 iron, wish it was 20% recharge, but can't complain.

I know there's a armor/legging collector for the silvers just outside of seitung harbor in jaya bluffs... 3 silver coins, and I 'think' theres a general/weapon also just along western beach about halfway up the island.
