Suggestions on weather or not I should....

Have an Ele....

Well, the thing is I have 6 slots all taken.
5 of them being level 20s, the 6th being something I just started recently.
Now, I was just wondering...I wanted to delete my Necromancer, and recreate a Elementalist that I had a while ago, but maybe as a Factions Ele. (I've been wanting to recreate my ele for a while now)
I only deleted my Ele, because she was only a Triple MS Nuker...and I didn't want to look for other builds...
The thing is though is i'm wondering if this is a good idea to delete my necro, and what are the ups and down sides?
My Necro can be a SS/SV, Orders, MM, BiP, and a...i'm not sure what it's called(uses a condition, then hits Virulence, and then whatever other conditions I can throw at them.)

I was also thinking of just deleting my Necro, and recreate her come summer when they implament buying new slots.
But for now, I just want to know if this was a good idea up until then?
I don't like PvP, because I lag with TS and Ventrillo for some odd reason. (Only started happening when they made the login look more like Factions)

If you're going to recreate the necro when you can buy more slots, why not save yourself the trouble and just wait to make the ele when you buy a new slot?

Think of it this way....like an itch you can't scratch.
I want to delete my Necro, but I really like having my Necromancer because of Spiteful Spirit.(If they nerf this, I definately wont have a Necromancer)
But I want an Elementalist, because I really like nuking things and I wanna learn some new builds that I wasn't able to use when I had my Elementalist.

But...it's like...

Okay, i'll stop explaning cause it's hard and i'm going to go delete my Necromancer....
