Assassin's Promise Location

Anyone find it yet? Have a general area?

Ed: I mean Assassin's Promise

There are people asking about this in most of the major towns in-game also. I have spent many hours clearing out the entire forest and have not found it yet. Done every mission (except challenge and PvP) and have not found it. Every other elite skills location can be found on the net somewhere except this one, I am really expecting to see "Added boss to supplement elite skill capturing" in the next update notes.

The boss with "Coward" was added to the game, and same with "Heal as One" I havent yet gotten around to re-exploring all the luxon and kurzick territories. I think he exists now after a recent update that added more bosses to the game.

Yeah I asked Gaile Gray if the boss does exist and she asked some programmer and it does.I'm thinking its going to be somewhere in the forest or jade sea as thats where the new bosses were added to.

So far, no good. Anyone have any additional information?

So far this is the only elite that hasnt been found. Ugh.

Has anybody seen ANY monster use Assassin's Promise at all? If so, where?

and its the only skill i need for my assasin solo farmer build too

I doubt it is in an elite mission. All other elites are attainable outside of those missions I do not expect Assassin's Promise would be any different. Anyway I started a support ticket on this, lets see what anet says.

I wouldn't think it would be in an Elite Mission either, that's just ridiculous. But being that no one in the game (or at least in the Guru community) is able to find it, there's something very wrong.

Elite missions dont have capable bosses.

No go there.

I'm convinced a bug or something is keeping it from spawning if it does exist.

There is that possibility that when gaile asked in the middle of the E3 confusion the dev heard wrong and said yes when it really isn't in there.

It's probably meant to be right outside of Kaineng Center or something.

I believe that Master Togo is secretly the holder of the skill, and you have to spam the cap button when he gets killed to aquire it.

Is it possible an assasin boss has been added to a Tyrian area, UW, FoW? and maybe cap from there?

although players without the 1st game would potentially be denied the skill...

when u go to a skilltrader, and then sort by campaign, u will see, that it(Assassines Promise) is listed by Faction-Skills.

Faction skills are supposed to be ONLY available in Cantha, Prophecies only Tyria, and coreskills in both chapters.

so i would say, that there is no bozz in tyria.

anyway, i hope, that they fix it soon, too, or at least, that someone finds it...

just a thought:
could it be an Oni boss that only appears when u hit the right spot on a map? everyone who scouted the whole map cannot say, that he/she searched for onis, cause normaly u sheck for non-hidden monsters.

Onis are always Assassin as far as i know, so maybe we should check that.

I heard someone say they "stole" assasins promise from an enemy while in a quest.
