new races and new character slots were hinted as possibilities on these forums
also hinted was being able to change how you look
- but not sure if that would be a patch update or expansion

We read player suggestions on fansite forums every day, and players have a lot of great ideas! One of my personal favorite suggestions is that we provide more options for pets, such as items you can buy them or even the ability to change their color. Another suggestion is "town clothes," so that when you head into Ascalon City or Lion's Arch you can shake off the dust of combat and don something that is decidedly not armor-like. What if you were able to purchase the ability to change hair styles and hair colors on existing characters, or even to acquire options for faces, hair styles, and hair colors that are not even available at character creation? And what about Guild Hall upgrades? Suffice it to say, there are a lot of fun features coming! |

| If you purchase new chapters, you will gain access to new regions of the world, new skills and abilities, new items, new professions, and much more. |

I might be the only one, but I think they shouldn't add any new professions. From what I've seen, the 6 professions already in are pretty well balanced, and in my opinion, adding another profession has the potential to cause a lot more harm than good. I say rebalance what skills there are first, maybe add more, then go from there.
What I'd like to see most is an overhaul of swords, axes, hammers, maybe staves and rods too. One thing I love about my ranger is the bows, having 4 or so different kinds of bows (about 7 actual bows), each one with it's own advantages and drawbacks, it adds another little bit more depth to the strategy. But then my warrior has 3 axes, they all do the same damage (one of which does elemental damage though), they swing at the same speed, don't have any inherent traits, etc. I'd just like to see all the weapons have the same sort of scheme applied.
As for all the people who want an "assassin" or "ninja" class, just come right out and say you want WoW's rogue. Everyone knows it, but nobody says it

It isn't as if armor is transferrable (unless you delete/add the same-named character). Weapons and shield are but *shrugs*
