New to the mesmer scene - armor question

Rather simple question, pretty straight forward.

What type of armor do most domination mesmers wear? And when I say "type" I mean the function, not the style.

Enchanters, domination is usually energy intensive and can often use that little energy boost.

I agree, personally I find enchanters to suit my play style the best, as even the smallest bit of energy can be utilized if correctly timed. I stress timing when playing mesmer, as well. Though something I've always wanted to try out was the armor that provided an additional 10 (I believe) to armor while casting, it could be fairly good.

That +10AL while casting was global last time I checked...

Since the prophecies/pvp (NOT cantha PVE) courtly/performer +15 Armor while casting AL bonus is global, why not have full enchanters except for the gloves? You're only sacrificing 1 energy or so, but you get a massive bonus while casting. Okay, with fast casting you're not casting much, but when you're not casting you should be kiting the warriors anyway.
