It was Soul Twisting. Now, I don't know. Expel Hexes is good but you can't always fit it, Ritual Lord is pretty good, Aura of Displacement makes a profession playable. Shadow Shroud is dangerous, while warriors and monks got several nice elite toys.
For sheer impact I'd have to say Ritual Lord now that Soul Twisting is weaker - it's the only elite that's really key to a standard archtype.
Rit Lord
BroadHead (Still nothing on a CoP Monk, but nice anyways)
Expel Hex's
Rit Lord
Air Of Enchantment
Order of Aposticary
Aura of Displacement
And finally Rit Lord
I dont know all the new wlites but the ones I am loving are Auspicious PArry and Ritual Lord. Pre Nerf on Auspicious I would go to aspenwood and destroy all luxon wars and asins, was kinda sad and Rit lord just speaks for itself. Post nerf auspicious it still works fine but I have not been playing on my war much since the update.
Order of apostasy, hands down. I was ready to ragequit this game after the recent skill update which did not change OoA at all. I won't even HA after i get rank 9 until it gets nerfed. IWAY wins too easily without skill or thinking because of this skill. Arenanet, why do you nerf a so-so build, then come back 2 months later and make it the best build in the game?
Temple strike shuts down pretty much any class you play, I mean come on Daze and Blind. The duration may be short but assassins dont need long to kill a single target really especially when they can't cast to well or hit.
Broad headed arrow is another great unconditional daze skill. Almost able to keep daze every 20 seconds, the downside is its pretty easy to dodge. The high energy cost like all other high energy skills with rangers can be halved easily with expertise.
