I gotta put a heavy vote against Aura of Displacement. If you know what you're doing, you don't need to teleport at all. Thus, I put my vote for:
Assassin's Promise. I click my target, do my combo, and instantly have full energy and all skills recharged. New target which is dead 8 seconds later and yet again I'm as ready as I was at the beginning of the fight to take down another.
How can any of the other elites compare to a skill that allows unlimited and unending killing of enemies?

And, for the record, I don't consider the exhaustion on Double Dragon to ruin it for a W/E (the exhaustion recovery rate is not that much slower than a warrior's natural regen anyway, and it'll be gone by the time Double Dragon recharges so you can't cripple yourself with it unless you have other exhaustion skills), but I will admit to preferring Starburst.

While other damaging elite is quite decent too if you got energy management to coop with it.
Almost all the ele elite is at least above seeping wound.
