Best Elite Introduced In Factions?
Ghull Ka
Best factions elite, in my opinion is: Wail of "Dude, Where's My Attack Skills?" Doom!

Aura of Displacement (pre-nerf Its really sick that after nerf STILL the best Sin elite)
Psychic Distraction
Expel Hexes
Air of Enchantment
Empethedic Removal
Blessed Light
Boon Sig
Healing Light
Weaken Knees
Flesh Golem
Discord
Wail of Doom
Lacerate (its true potential has not be discovered)
Auspicious Parry
Enraged smash
2nd wind
Necros and monks got the best elites. Everyone else just got 1-2 elites that are even worth considering.

Sir Skullcrasher
double dragon.. that skill hurt like hell if you load up on fire magic!
Muse of Shadows
Havnt played in a while because of a need to get a replacement proccessor for my comp, but...
I would have to say life sheath and aura of displacement.
Just out of curiousity, aura of displacement teleports you when you stop maintaining it. Does that include being removed?

Blessed Light wins, HANDS DOWN.
well, the 10 energy cost is bad for spamming, but a good monk should be able to deal with that.

Why would I want to use energy boon when glyph of energy does so much more? Glyph of energy all the way.

I just love it. Suprise and escape possibilities at PvP are so huge in this Factions elite assassin skill.

Once again to reinforce my point. Wail of Doom has to be one of the more overlooked of the new elites introduced. In it's current state, with average Soul Reaping you are able to lock out a Warrior/Ranger/Assassin permanently.
Of course Warriors and Rangers aren't as hindered by this as their normal attacks do a fair amount of damage but Assassins live through skill chains that deal +40 damage and such to deal their damage. Sacrifice 10% health and you can forget about that assassin for 15 seconds, then just lock him out again.

I do use it in Blood builds, though.
The truth itself
Shadow shroud, aura of displcement, shove, the prot elite.
Yichi
I would have to say that the best elite would depend on what class and build youre playing.
Warrior = Auspicious parry, "Coward", Enraged Smash, Shove
Ranger = Broadhead Arrow, Tranquility (if used right)
Mesmer = Psychic Distraction (annoying as shit ), Expel Hexes (seriously WTF were they thinking but ill take it)
Assassin = Aura of Displacement, Shadow Shroud
Elementalist = i forget the name but the one thats almost like Ether Prod. Ele's got the shaft in factions
Ritualists = Ritual Lord (pretty much the only rit elite u see)
Monk = Blessed Light, Air of Enchantment, Healing Light, Boon Signet (all good with the right build
Necromancer = Flesh Golem (for mm's), Cultists Fevor, Order of Apostasy (works well against dual smite builds ), Wail of Doom can be fun too if used properly

I'd say Ritual Lord from the Ritualists. When a build is named after one skill (Barrage, SS), it has to be damn good. |
Quantum Duck
Psychic Distraction. Why? Because every other new Elite is done being useful when PD shows up, with the minor exceptions of the stances and shouts and such.
