Btw, have read all posts but really havent found any notsigned who had make some reasonable sense... u dont like farming? Ur guild is not related with AB? why u have to complain? This topic is OT for you!

The only ppl who can complain are the ones leechin the alliance towns for their own sake without givin nothing on return. The thief who blame the law?

If u dont like AB, why u join active AB-only guilds? It is nonsense.
They ask u to farm 5k/day and u wanna say 'yes' knowing nobody can spot on ur leeching? This makes sense on notsign this

Most of notsigned are ppl who wanna stay in pvp guilds and make their pve play imho. Really, if u wanna do anything u want in ur guild, make ur own guild or join one who let u do that.

Joining a guild who asks u some cooperation and now complaining because now Guild can check how really are u cooperative?

I suppose this could work if its only the leader can that can see it, however i dont worry about the leader, i just worry that with the low level of maturity in guild wars, members will flame and bully other members which don't collect as much faction, causing them to leave or lose their enjoyment.

Maybe only top 5 faction contributors are shown so they can be praised. Motivation is much better than fear.

Education can't be forced by any rule

If guild require 5k/day and u do 5k/week, u will be blamed for sure, as long u joined ACCEPTING this rule.

And ppl blaming others for no reasons have to be moderated by leader and officers, if they don't, or they are the offenders , just leave that guild of smart ppl

Btw, if I do my 5k/day job and someone blames me, he sure has NO RIGHTS to blame me and has to be reported to leaders. If leaders take it easy, sure they are slacking off, I will go contribute to another guild/ally then

As said in previous post: if any rule of a guild is not reasonable for u, just don't join that guild. Plain simple.

It's a waste of time for all sides. And it fuels elitism. If it's there, people will use it. I support all of those leechers. They're not doing anything wrong.

The only reason I can see for tracking ANY kind of information like this, is for reward or punishment purposes. If not these reasons, then why else would you collect it? As a guild leader, you should already know who is contributing and who isn't and at what level.

Personally, I feel it would be useless information taking up bandwidth better used in otherways.

Would be nice to tell them they don't need to, we couldn't care less about faction. Unless they're going for a title, but that's a different issue.

Maybe you were missing the part where the leecher agreed to farm some amount of factions.
